Hi Maximo users,
Recently we have lost the ability to searches in the data fields. I can no longer put a word or partial word with % and have maximo pull up all related records with that word. All I get is a blank page, or sometimes the following error message.
“Database error number 76002 has occurred. [RENOSQL2] The full text service (Microsoft Search) is not available. The system admistrator must start this service.” I have contacted IBM, they are still trying to figure what went wrong. Has this happed to anyone else out there?
