Interfacing Work Orders with MEA

If you try to interface work orders to another system with the MEA in v6, v7 (v5 too?), the Task work orders will not interface. You have to do some java customization, or establish a 2nd interface using the WOACTIVITY object. The documentation does not tell you any of this.
