Hosting and Sponsoring meetings

Postby AJ Montgomery on Wed Apr 23, 2008 9:52 am

As you know, PANMU meets quarterly, rotating the location to member facilities on a voluntary, case by case basis. At each meeting we ask who will be willing to host the next quarter(s) meeeting(s). Please consider this and be ready to volunteer as applicable.

HOSTING (Having the meeting at your facility)
At this time, the Port of Seattle is to host the 2nd Qtr 2008 in June.
We need a host for the 3rd Qtr (perhaps in August?)
PeaceHealth has indicated that they will likely be able to host the 4th Qtr sometime in October.

Please reply here indicating your willingness and ability to HOST as you see fit.

SPONSORING (Buying lunch and getting additional stage presence at the meeting)
At this time, Aquitas-Solutions is sponsoring the 2nd Qtr 2008 in June at the Port of Seattle.

We need sponsors for all future meetings.

Please reply here indicating your willingness and ability to SPONSOR as you see fit.

TRM (Total Resource Management) is working on our site, and we may be willing to sponsor a joint meeting in 2009 - TRM is willing to be the sponsor but we would use the IBM facilities in Seattle again if they are available. Will keep you all posted.
